Posted On: 07/24/2026 I would give this place zero stars! They wanted me to pay out of pocket to get some work done which they told me my insurance didn't cover it, however they did. I've been waiting for over 6 months for a pre authorization that has never been sent! You call no one knows what's going on and then they give you the run around. Very unprofessional I'm going somewhere else because this wait time is ridiculous. Jessica K

Posted On: 07/22/2026 Dental hygienist was incredibly authentic, listening to understand my current situation of post Leukemia treatment and advising a few pieces of advice (eat sweets in shorter time rather than delayed, to minimize the time it sits on teeth, chew sugar free gum to increase saliva after meals, fluoride toothpaste and wash for me due to dry mouth).

Front staff was welcoming and pleasant.

All other staff are warm and kind, such as assistant taking x-rays. Boruch N

Posted On: 06/15/2026 The Dr. (Caucasian Male) Wonderful Consult. Poor referral options from office staff. Office after initial visit from referral to out of office specialist a train wreck. Didn't send correct referral. I was there Saturday 6/13 for two hours before I was told the wait would be an additional 1+. Two plus hours for an appt at 1pm for a cleaning. In their defense they had a call out. Who's on call though? Horrible experience second appt. Also, my address was incorrect on my paperwork. Tawana G

Posted On: 05/21/2026 I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your office. I have been a patient here for over a year, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating.

After completing the lengthy process of being fitted for dentures, I arrived at your office for my final pickup appointment only to be told that you could not locate them. I find it completely unacceptable that a medical office could lose a patient’s completed dentures. To make matters worse, I was informed that I would have to restart the entire process from the beginning.

This level of negligence is ridiculous and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I can no longer trust your practice with my dental care, and I certainly would not recommend your services to anyone else. Janet G

Posted On: 05/18/2026 This was my first visit to this location as a new patient. I had actually referred two family members here based on the positive reviews, which made this experience more disappointing for me because it did not reflect the expectations those reviews created.

After imaging was taken, I spoke with a coordinator who discussed treatment recommendations and costs. To my knowledge, I was not examined by a dentist, nor did I receive a clear explanation of findings or whether a dentist reviewed my case.

I was informed about an extensive treatment plan that was not covered by my insurance and would require significant out-of-pocket costs, with payment options discussed. I was also referred elsewhere for care.

My concern is not the referral or cost itself, but that I left without understanding who evaluated me, what the findings were, or the basis for the recommendations being made. As a patient, I expected more direct communication regarding my care before discussing expensive treatment options.

I referred family members here because of the strong reputation and reviews, but my personal experience did not align with those expectations. I encourage patients to ask questions, request records, and confirm who is providing clinical evaluation and treatment recommendations. I am expecting someone from the back office to call me regarding these concerns and I will follow through. What a disappointment. Mich L

Posted On: 04/27/2026 I visited this office years ago, but today’s appointment was very frustrating. I scheduled my appointment in advance, but accidentally provided my medical insurance instead of my dental insurance. They only called me 45 minutes before my appointment to say they don’t accept my insurance that’s when I realized the mistake. This should have been verified much earlier.

I was able to reschedule with another representative who immediately confirmed they do accept my correct insurance, which made the earlier confusion even more frustrating.

When I arrived, I wasn’t in the waiting room long before being called in so this was good. However, I was told I had to pay extra for a fluoride treatment. During the procedure, I had two foam trays in my mouth with a tube for about 30 minutes. At times, it was difficult to swallow, and no one checked on me. I had to signal to a staff member passing by just to ask when It could be removed. He came and remove it right away which i appreciate and applied fluoride. Howverr it as done messily. At the end thr procedure gave me a headache and stomachache.

On top of that earlier when I was first waiting in the chair , another staff member came in during my visit trying to sell me braces. I told him I wasn’t interested, and I also asked about another concern regarding my teeth. He said it would be addressed later, but he never came back (money grab). Saskia

Posted On: 04/08/2026 I advise anyone to get a second opinion with it comes to your health. I went to this place because I have a cracked tooth that got infected. And the Spanish dentist their told me that I needed a bone marrow transplant because they couldn’t just pull out my tooth and left it like that. That the infected was close to my bone. That I needed to pay $4,000 for a bone marrow transplant because my insurance doesn’t cover that type of procedure. So i left and called my insurance to see if they actually cover that type of procedure and they DO !! But they cover it if i went to a hospital because it’s a medical procedure not a dental procedure ! So not only did he try to take money from me but he was trying to do a procedure that required me to be in a hospital not a clinic. People do your homework and don’t settle for what a doctor tells you because they have a degree. Hopes this helps anyone suffering from pain. Ask questions especially if you have insurance. Irene S
