Posted On: 06/06/2023 My mother visited this location today 6/6/2023 as she was having severe discomfort with one of her teeth. The dentist explained that she needed additional work that after her insurance coverage, would cost and additional $5k ut of pocket and said she could set up a plan to make payments. After she consulted me, she decided to hold off on the additional work for now and focus on the tooth extraction to solve the immediate need.

Apparently the dentist was not pleased by this an instead of just doing the extraction stated that they could no longer do it and gave her a list of other dentists to provide her with the extraction service. This is deplorable service and I would not recommend this dentist AT ALL!! if this is how they treat their patients in need. Seems like they are focused on money and not the care of their patient.

I called from out of state and found a reputable dentist for her to go to that will take care of her. It is a shame that she has been a member of this community for almost 40 years, and the local dentist acts in this fashion. Since she isn't tech savvy i decided to leave the review on her behalf. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Jason R
