Extremely friendly staff and they listen when it comes to your concerns. Nicky, the hygienist, was amazing! Very gentle, talked to me through the entire process and was very comforting. Definitely recommend everyone to come for a visit . Nicole C

Posted On: 05/12/2024 Ever since this place went under new management, it has went downhill. The staff is OK, but they are not relatable. It just looks like they are all about money. Their energy is off and when I inquired about teeth whitening, the guy I had to speak with did not want to come and speak with me about it. The dental hygienist (i forgot his name, but he was pleasant) was called him into the room because I had some questions. He came in with an attitude and said 'it is $1000 out of pocket, when ever you're ready, we can do it, ok?' And then left. If you don't want to interact with people especially if you are dealing with people of color in a BLACK neighborhood, why are you in patient care?They don't even offer a payment plan. ALL ABOUT MONEY. I miss the old front desk staff, all the other dental hygienist and Dr. Jaime Rosen and his team. I wish I had the details of where they went so I can follow them. Sad story, but true. There is no more great customer service in NYC and it sure does suck. Tenisha C

Posted On: 05/10/2024 so my family warned me about this place, but I decided to try it anyway. I went in for a nagging toothache, and after the xrays and etc. they tell me that ima need a root canal and gum treatment for nearly 9000 dollars that MY INSURANCE WONT COVER.

I literally left at that moment. they didn't even do the basic teeth cleaning before they dropped that bomb on me.

now I checked, and they told me that they accepted it before I came in ( otherwise, I would have never shown up). and on top of this, my INSURANCE COMPANY said that they do cover the above, but they were never notified. and were shocked when I told them what happened.

unless you wana get scammed. avoid this place. even if you wana get stuff done here, remember... it's probably cheaper other places too. Steve S
